FAQ


Yes, we will absorb the shipping charge for all order within Singapore (unregistered mail). We will use registered (with tracking number) shipping if the order is $35 and above.

Our stock are in Singapore, so delivery is local within Singapore. Normally we will process your order within 24 hours and shipping via SingPost may take 2-3 working days.

We accept payment via Paypal or bank transfer.

If payment is via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal secure payment servers to process your payment (direct between you and PayPal).  For Bank Transfer, of course it’s as safe as what your bank provides.

We will process your order within 24 hours and You just have to wait for your order to come.
You can also login to check the status (if you choose to create a login account with us during checkout).

Yes, as customer satisfaction is our priority.

All products purchased from us may be exchanged (with the same or different products) or returned for full product price (minus off shipping cost spent) if it does not work or compatible with your camera/lens or for whatever reason, you are not satisfied. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back. All items must be returned in new condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards (if any) and user manuals (if any). Products returned in damaged condition will be returned to the customer without exchange or refund.

We will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Our liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.

Please follow the following procedures to be eligible for product exchange or return:
- please send your product exchange request to cs@klikflash.com within 7 calendar days from the purchase date.
- After receiving an exchange or return acceptance reply from us, please ship the item(s) back to us. The product must be shipped and received by us within 5 days from the exchange acceptance reply.
- After receiving the item(s) and if the condition meet our above Exchange/Return Policy, we will contact you for the product replacement or refund.

Note: We recommend to use a trackable/registered shipping service. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping returns.

For products that come with manufacturer warranty, it will be indicated in our product detail page with the information about how long the warranty is covered. For warranty claim, you may ship back the item to us for assistance. The product warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only, and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. Improper repair or service performed by other party will void the warranty.

- Please send your request to us explaining the detail of the issues, purchase date and order ID.
- You may be requested to send photo/video that shows the issues to us.
- With our instruction, kindly ship the item to us.

Yes, eligible products for gift wrap will have option for gift wrap in the products detail page. Please make sure that you check the gift wrap option before adding the product into your cart. During checkout, you can include the gift message that you would like to put on the gift for the recipient.
